A yoga chair is used to aid rotation in seated twists, for support in backbends, restorative yoga postures, in Viparita Karani and for refinement of shoulder stands. Ideal for serious yoga students and studios. Chairs fold flat for easy storage and have durable non-marking feet. Our reinforced design has raised cross members on the legs to facilitate getting your legs underneath and a higher back to make stepping through easier.
