The inward-facing orientation and horizontal axis of the Perform Series Lateral Raise provide optimal alignment with the medial deltoid, delivering a smooth, targeted movement. The chest pad provides plenty of support to the user, and the CAM system creates tension throughout the entire range of motion, this allows you to hit your shoulders in a manner that dumbbells don’t allow.
