This International Weight lifting Federation approved 20kg pre-loaded Elite Bar has been engineered with precision bearings for a smoother rotation and finished in durable hardened chrome. Inner bar has been knurled for imrpoved grip.

Olympic Ends accommodates all 2" Diameter discs and plates.
