The PU plates, which have been designed with integrated handles for exercise variation, come in pairs of 1.25kg, 2.5kg and 5kg weights allowing you to increase or decrease the weight of the dumbbell to maximise your fitness regime and adapt the dumbbell to the exercise you are performing.
Equipped with safe and secure Spring Release Collars which are convenient and user friendly enabling you to exercise without interruption and reducing the risk of plates slipping off the bar.
