These strength body bars are designed as a fixed weight, already pre-loaded so you don't have the hassle of removing or adding weight, making them safer to and easier to handle than conventional bars with weights on either end.
Each solid steel strength bar have been wrapped in soft padded foam to protect the hands, and rubber end caps which protect the floor.
