ProMountings I-Beam Roller Mounts are adjustable rolling and/or fixed mounting systems for punching bags that weight up to 260lbs. They roll across the I-Beam as you work out, or you can lock them into position for a static workout and roll them out of the way when you're done.

This Heavy Bag Mounting System with 3/16" powder coated steel, easily attaches to I-Beams that are between 4.5" and 7" wide. Roll it out and lock into position or leave it unlocked and let the bag move with you, intensifying your workout. Great for Commercial Gyms or In Home Use. Mounting hardware is included.
