This space efficient, dual function machine allows users to isolate the chest and shoulders through a choice of bench, incline and shoulder press. The comfortable, oversized handgrips with multiple positions and simple seat/ back support/ pressing arm adjustments make it easy for users to position themselves optimally for the exercise selected.
